The hotel offers a fantastic view of the beach and sunset from the rooms, but some may find the industrial appearance of the conference center roof below a drawback. The exceptional service from the staff onsite enhances the overall experience. The location provides easy access to fish ponds and excellent snorkeling opportunities, although the slow service during lunch can be frustrating.

The hotel had well-appointed rooms with modern decor and Hawaiian touches, although the view overlooked a parking lot. The service was exceptional, meeting and exceeding all our needs during a busy week. The location was good with easy access to fish ponds and great snorkeling, but service could have been better. The dining experience was repetitive and slow, but the facilities were still enjoyable.

The hotel's rooms were a bit underwhelming, fairly small with a view of the parking lot and Porte-cochere, not receiving direct sun. However, the location provided fantastic access to attractions and was very close to shopping and the beach. The dining experience was excellent, but the service left a bad feeling. Overall, the hotel offers a mix of positive and negative aspects.

I had a wonderful stay at the hotel, with clean and comfy rooms and incredibly friendly staff. The dining experience could be improved, but the pool area was fantastic. The price was reasonable, but there were some additional fees for certain services.
